Gmina Goworowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Goworowo, which lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south of Ostrołęka and 85 km (53 mi) north-east of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of 218.93 square kilometres (84.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 8,756 (8,689 in 2011).
