Gmina Bytom Odrzański is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Nowa Sól County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Bytom Odrzański, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Nowa Sól and 32 km (20 mi) south-east of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 52.41 square kilometres (20.2 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 5,424.
