Error

First, the spelling of the comitia centy-whats-it is comitia centuriata. Second, legislation was still being brought by Augustus (or others) before the comitia tributa into the 1st century. Eg the lex Papia Poppaea is described as being brought before the tribes on p. 94 of Alternative Augustan Age (2019). Elections were also similarly still being contested by people like M. Egnatius Rufus (d. 19 BC); only in the time of Tiberius were all these functions fully transferred to the senate. Tac. Ann. 1.14.4–15.1; Dio 58.20. Ifly6 (talk) 03:09, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
