Isn't this image in error? The first binary octet pair has only fourteen bits. While I realize that this represents 2001 in binary, shouldn't the two zeroes lead it, as the :: at the end means that all of the colons in the binary are two places off, making the first octet pair 8004.Jon Thompson (talk) 03:58, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
