Error regarding Andorra

Bulgaria

@So Hood: you are you the one who added Bulgaria to the map, so I'll ping you: do you still have the source you based yourself on for the country's confirmation? The one used at Eurovision Song Contest 2022 has been challenged and I cannot find one that explicitly states the Bulgarian broadcaster's confirmation (in which case, one should of course also change its color on the file).
