Wrong-license tag

Cdvl (talk) is not the copyright holder in this case. Scanning an image dose not create or release a copyright. This image is a Possibly unfree file

However, I did not list this file under Possibly unfree files (meaning it would be deleted much more quickly) since I would highly suspect that this image falles under {{PD-old-50}}, {{PD-old-70}}, {{PD-old}}, or {{PD-US}} since it was taken in 1912. However, since the Author and publishing date incorrectly list Cdvl (talk) and 8 September 2010 (UTC) respectively the true author and publication dates are unknown, therefore the image is possible un-free. Cdvl (talk) need to correct this error by listing the name and death date of the person who actually took the photo in 1812 or the date and source of publication.
