Virginia 11th District near Washington DC is in dark blue as a Dem Hold. It was and continued to be held by Tom Davis (R) and is a Republican hold. Johnalexgolden (talk) 19:53, 21 October 2008 (EST).
Texas post-Delay

In 2006, TX-24 was a Republican hold, with Kenny Marchant re-elected 64.0-34.2, according to the wikipedia page "Texas's 24th District". Martin Frost was the last Democrat to be elected to the seat, according to wikipedia page "Martin Frost."
