The byline for the image states that it was taken during her processing at her trial which was held on 14 May, 1923 in the Białystok District Court. While it indicates that the trial was widely covered and there was coverage in the Vilnius newspaper "Our Life" (Lithuanian: Нашае жыцьцё) the article does not specifically state in what newspaper the photograph was published. There may be images available in Belarus, but I have no access to same.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Sole use on biographical sketch of subject.
