Other information	This is a publicity photo for an American television series that ended production more than 40 years ago. The two men shown in the photo are now deceased. Although the series itself is copyrighted, the photo was created as a free give-away to publicize the series and thus is most likely in the public domain. From website Creative clearance: Publicity Photos (star headshots) older publicity stills have usually not been copyrighted and since they have been disseminated to the public, they are generally considered public domain and therefore there is no necessity to clear them with the studio that produced them (if you can even determine who did).
