Pulteney Street School, east side of Pulteney Street. School frontage is 11 yards and centre of porch is 60 yards north of Flinders Street. In 1919, the building was compulsorily acquired by the Repatriation Department; the pupils, after being temporarily housed elsewhere, moved to newly built premises on South Terrace in 1921. The porch was demolished and wooden offices were substituted, as shown in item B 6764.
