Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) | This clip from Oh No! is in contrast to Oh Shit!'s more vulgar speech. This speech is notable due to digitised speech being remarked by many reviewers to be one of the only differentiating features that Oh Shit!/Oh No! have versus Pac-Man. |

The digitised speech in this game is heavily noted by reviewers, and due to the game's similarity to Pac-Man, the speech is one of Oh Shit!/Oh No!'s defining features. This audio is also necessary to compare to Oh Shit!'s death speech as Oh Shit! is far more vulgar and was censored for the UK release, hence this audio saying "Oh No!" instead. |
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) | The use of this audio will not negatively affect the commercial interests of its owner. In addition, this game is no longer commercially sold in any form or fashion; the company that published it originally, Aackosoft, is bankrupt. Eaglesoft is a division of Aackosoft. |
