Though this image is subject to copyright, i believe it is covered by US fair use laws because:

1. The image is used only in the article the image is associated with;
2. The image is a low resolution copy of a CD artwork;
3. The image does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD in any way;
4. The image is significant because it was made by a significant artist.
