OS: Ubuntu 22.04 x86_64

Compressed with opusenc 0.1.10 and libopus 1.3.1, installed with the Ubuntu packages opus-tools version 0.1.10-1.1 and libopus0 1.3.1-0.1build2 .

opusenc --bitrate 6 --cvbr --comp 10 north-wind-orig.wav north-wind-6kbps.opus

As Commons supports Opus, the output file was uploaded without conversion.
