He and his sons, John and Effingham Capron started a woolen mill that made the first "satinets", added the first power looms for woolens, and manufactured military uniforms for the US for over 140 years at Uxbridge, Massachusetts. He is buried in the Prospect Hill Cemetery overlooking the mill that he started |
