Amb. = Second Field Ambulance; Anzac landing 25.4.15 = was present at, and participated in, the landing at Anzac Cove on Sunday, 25 April 1915; L Cpl. = Lance Corporal; T/Cpl. = Temporary Corporal; T/Sgt. = Temporary Sergeant; Hon. Sgt. = Honorary Sergeant; armistice = 11 November 1918; N.M.E = Non-military Employment; Demob. 4.2.20 = demobilized on 4 February 1920.
