English: This is a photo of the inn that my great-grand father, Emanuel Otte, owned. Around 1930, when this photo was taken, this inn was in the village of "Peterwitz," which was part of Germany. In 1945, along with many other eastern regions of Germany, the town became part of Poland, and the name in Polish today is "Piotrowice Nyskie." My grandmother grew up here and had to leave with her family in 1945.
