Description

This is an image taken from the 2014 paper by Giedt et al, "Single Cell Analysis of Drug Distribution by Intravital Imaging". It demonstrated the ability of their software to track individual cells. Nuclei are indicated by circles, the red boxes indicate cells tracked manually to verify their algorithm.
