Summary
[edit]Description |
The Plague of Florence, with German intertitles. 2014 2K digital transfer of a 1999/2000 restoration by the Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau Foundation, in cooperation with the German Federal Archives. That restoration was based on a camera negative preserved at the German Federal Archives. Opening titles and intertitles are reconstructed by trickWILK based on censor cards, notes written on the negative, and the typography of another film from the same time period by the same production company. |
