Description
English: The protein demon (blu) and the substrate or ligand (orange) go through a cycle in which the electromagnetic interaction between the two (1' --> 2) causes the demon to change conformation upon which the substrate is released (2'). The energy from the hydrolysis of ATP brings the protein demon back in its original state
