English: The original document was "SECRET//NOFORN". The Intercept describes the provenance of the documents at https://theintercept.com/2017/01/31/secret-docs-reveal-president-trump-has-inherited-an-fbi-with-vast-hidden-powers/ . It is not clear to me whether this was the result of a rare successful FOIA request yielding a declassified version, or whether it was leaked and redacted according to the desires of the source. In any case, substantial portions are blacked out, including the entire Witness Security Program.
