Description
English: A Union Pacific locomotive assists a longer-than-usual southbound Coast Starlight up the grade into San Luis Obispo in July 2011. Two private cars are at the end of the train's usual consist. In the background is Bishop Peak, the highest of the region's nine rocky morros, or ancient volcanic mountains.
