Summary

Description
English: In the presence of luciferase, D-Luciferin is oxidized to OxyLuciferin, emitting energy which can be detected on Xenogen IVIS-machine. Inducible transgenic cells were injected in non-transgenic wildtype mice and the recipients were places on doxycycline food to activate the oncogene. Activation can be detected by looking at the fluorescence.
