Summary

Description
English: The Cihanoğlu (Cihanzade) Camii in the Köprülü Mahalessi. It reminded me a bit of the Lale Paşa Mosque in Istanbul since it also sits on a raised platform. It is much smaller though and does not have the shops under it the Lale has. But it is from the Turkish Baroque period also (1756). And it has the most wonderful şadırvan (ablations fountain). This is one of some pictures of either the whole, or details of the columns, the ceiling or the marble carved tank.
