Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Ninja Neko) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover.
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the animation series in any way.
• it provides visual identification on the characters from the series
• it provides visual identification of the series' animation style.
• there is no free alternative depicting these characters.
