Appearing in the CD covers and other products (e.g. T-Shirts) it qualifies for logo criteria and as so Amaru Entertainment, as other companies, authorizes the use of its logotype for all purposes not related with the market and as long as there cannot be created confusions regarding the owner of the logotype.
