Summary

Description
English: LMS Stanier Class "8P" or "Princess" 4-6-2 No.6201 "Princess Elizabeth" n 1928 LMS "crimson lake" (a light maroon) livery; June 2010. The 'Princess' Class was Stanier's first express passenger design and, coming from the GWR where he worked under Collett, he enlarged the 'King' 4-6-0 to have a bigger boiler and wide firebox, necessitating a traing truck.
