Description
Svenska: Ovala med genombrutna korgmönster med stakarna omböjda i s.k. romerska bågar. På vardera kortändan bågformiga rundstaviga handtag. Dekor med landskapsbilder i färger på glasyren. Kupiga lock med knoppar i form av en mandelfrukt med stjälk Den höga kvalitén på dessa korgar som är avsedda att förvara kastanjer i under vintern är typisk för fabrikens porslinsföremål: skickligt utförda utskärningar, den utsökt formade kastanjen som anger innehållet, klara färger och speciellt den berömda karminröda färgen, liksom de förtjusande landskapsmotiven på reserverna. Fabriksmärket, bestående av två sammanflätade C:n krönta av en grevekrona, åsyftar den tidsperiod när greven av Custine var ägare till fabriken från 1770 till 1793, då han dömdes till döden under franska revolutionen. På Louvren finns ett par ovala urnor med bevingade kvinnliga figurer bevarade från samma tid
