The Federation of Lesotho Rugby is the governing body for rugby union in Lesotho. The Federation of Lesotho Rugby became a full member of Rugby Africa in 2016 and an associate member of World Rugby in 2022.[1] They have participated in the regional rugby sevens tournaments.[1]

On 14 November 2024, Lesotho was granted World Rugby Full Member status by the World Rugby Council.[1][2]
