The hackathon is organized in a remote-friendly manner with a few physical locations where participants can hack in-person, e.g. at the SRM Institute of Technology, Chennai[6]. The hackathon participants can create new FOSS projects or they could contribute to FOSS partner projects, like Hoppscotch[7].
