Estonia-Italy relations are foreign relations between Estonia and Italy. Italy recognised Estonia on January 26, 1921. Italy re-recognised Estonia on August 27, 1991. Both countries re-established diplomatic relations on August 31, 1991.

Estonia has an embassy in Rome. Italy has an embassy in Tallinn. Both countries are full members of NATO and of the European Union.
