Endogalactosaminidase (EC 3.2.1.109) is an enzyme with systematic name galactosaminoglycan glycanohydrolase.[1][2] It catalyses endohydrolysis of (1→4)-α-D-galactosaminidic linkages in poly(D-galactosamine).[3]
