Nothing from the draft itself. Below the Declined notive there was a "Draft not submitted..." notice that was obsolete. View history shows chronoligical edits. Clicking in the date of a previous edit show the article after that edit; clicking on one earlier shows earlier. To the right of each edit there is an "Undo" option.
