@LoreMaster22 and SirLou: I think the criteria should be as following:

Central: The main villain from each film or Disney+ series (e.g. Thanos, Loki, Zemo)
Supporting: Sidekicks or secondary villains (e.g. Justin Hammer, Ebony Maw, Mordo)
