[edit]- When it's time to upload your final draft, I will give you instructions. Don't try to submit things until we get there!
- Introduction is not a section. It's just the stuff at the top. Leave out the header.
- Unless there is something actively wrong with them, do NOT change the words that were already on the page. Just add new material.
- Link HEAVILY to other wikipedia pages. The first time you use a term, it should be linked. You have a good start on this, but you need a lot more! You don't need to link the words every time you use them. There are a bunch of words that are never linked and some that are linked many times and don't need to be.
- Make sure the language is approachable. Some of this uses unnecessary jargon or is excessively complicated.
- Good use of wikipedia's structure here, including subheadings.
- Every piece of information needs a citation. If you took all the info in a paragraph from one place you can just cite at the end of the paragraph, but no paragraph should be uncited and there should not be a sentence after the last citation.
- I liked how you formatted your list in signs and symptoms. Use this again in other lists.
- There are some relevant images in wikimedia commons that would help with anatomy, symptoms, and/or mechanism. I encourage you to make use of them.
- Missing research directions.
- Sources need to be cited using wikipedia's citation manager.

[edit]- I think the reader would benefit with less complicated language. Im asking myself if the person with this disease is the mother or child.
- Maybe instead of using the word patient, use the word "child" or "newborn". A lot of the sentencing makes it seem like the patient is an adult.
- I think you can go into more information about the prognosis,
- Your section of epidemiology would benefit from providing a citation to understand where you got your information
- Overall, great draft!
- Your wikipedia structure looks really good and I really liked the listing of your causes and symptom!

[edit]- Good job on linking other wiki pages to certain words throughout the page.
- Add pictures if you can find some through Wikimedia.
- Make sure you are citing throughout your sandbox.
- Only link a word once within the sandbox so it doesn't read/look very overwhelming.

[edit]- Linking to other wikipedia pages looks good.
- Looks like some sections like anatomy and embryology section and others are missing citations.
- Try to match headings to the standards on other pages and the rubric.
- Expanding on epidemiology and on other sections while citing sources will help build out the info. Bsrt1995 (talk) 16:39, 19 November 2024 (UTC)

[edit]- This is an interesting topic; I have never heard of this condition.
- The way you linked different words and subjects throughout the article was really good.
- This article would be a bit more interesting if you could find pictures of the actual condition or of the surgical procedure.
- To make this even better you should consider making it clear to the reader whether this condition is more prominent in infants, children or adults.
