Is this even Phase Four anymore?

Nothing about this film has been updated since June 2021. While I know we don't know everything behind the scenes, we haven't really got a lot of updates on this film in recent months. According to scooper trades, the film starts production in 2023, which projects it for around 2024 or 2025, which pins to Phase Five as opposed to Phase Four. Blade enters production in July this year, which pins it to that November 2023 that Disney set for a Marvel film. Discuss thoughts on this, as personally I believe Blade is now Phase Four and Fantastic Four is Phase Five, but I know that it will probably not be possible at this time to consider them such. -TrixieCat123 (User talk:TrixieCat123) 20:42, 20 April 2022 (UTC)

Writers Hired?

So, in the July 28, 2022 Production Weekly listing found here, it lists Fantastic Four, among other MCU titles, and in it, it states the writers are Michael McCullers and Shane McGoey. A quick Google search shows that DisInsider's co-founder posted about them back on Dec. 12, 2020, but admitted he just got it from IMDb. The screenshot of the listing I uploaded here. I would lean towards holding on and looking for confirmation. It could be that they were hired, put it on their IMDb, and Production Weekly was also in the know, or it could be a rumour that someone added to IMDb which Production Weekly picked up on. - adamstom97 (talk) 05:26, 5 August 2022 (UTC)

Cast

I hereby would like to make a request to my fellow Wikipedia editors that this upcoming Fantastic Four is a third " reboot" since the Fox 20th Century Studios held the franchise . It will be set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Please refrain from re- editing this added information as it is to our knowledge, that all the four main core characters will be featured for the first time in the MCU timeline . These characters are namely Reed Richards, Susan Storm , Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm which are the well- known Fantastic Four members.

I hope that everyone will have a clear understanding to my abovementioned discussion, as the cast announcement is expected in the upcoming D23 Expo. There has been NO "unsourced or falsified " actor names iterated in this edit but ONLY the mentioned characters . We can agree however that Marvel Studios will in due course announce the rest of the cast members .

You have been repeatedly reverted in your additions as the characters have not been officially announced by Marvel Studios, you are assuming, despite how obvious it may seem. The formatting you've used to add them is also not how we were to implement this. A lot of rumblings of a cast announcement coming up do not justify additions without an official, reliable source. Please be patient, there is WP:NORUSH in adding this information. Trailblazer101 (talk) 13:27, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
