Thank you for helping me through this process.
Regarding your comment about YouTube, is this one instance where it would be considered reliable, as it is a direct, unedited interview with the subject of the article? Or are there no circumstances at all under which YouTube videos would be accepted? If the answer is the latter, should I just remove the reference, or is there more work to be done in replacing the reference?
Regarding the tone, is this an issue throughout, or in specific spots. I meant to write using NPOV, but if I drifted from that, it would be helpful to know where I left that path.
