@Thilsebatti: While I'm disappointed to see this draft was declined, I appreciate your willingness to review and the feedback you've provided. I have a question about the comment you've left, if you're able to clarify.
You said the sources "do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject". I've worked to draft a biography based on independent and reliable secondary coverage, and many of the sources are specifically focused on the subject, even using his name in the title. Might you be able to clarify which of these criteria (depth, independence, reliability, or secondary) are not being met, or specifically which sources are problematic? This way I can focus on what sources to replace or add to the draft.
Since the subject has held leadership roles for several notable companies and organizations, I would like to work to address your concerns and further demonstrate notability, with the ultimate goal of resubmitting. I wasn't sure if I should start this discussion here, at the Teahouse, or on your user Talk page, and I'm happy to use your preferred venue. Thanks for any additional help here.
