filling a gap

for some reason Luis Quintanilla is misisng on the English version of wikipedia. He appears in the Spanish edition. He is relevant outside of Spain since he spent many years of his life in exile first in the US then in France. He was also befriended by Ernest Hemingway and other Paris expat artists.
