This historic figure belongs to the pre-colonial/early colonial period of History of Travancore Kingdom( a former princely state in India), which is big portion of Kerala State (home to some 35 million people). Documentation of that period is sparse and not detailed. Most major figures from that period are already in Wikipedia, this is an attempt to add the Chief Military officer of the kingdom from that period - whose guile and bravery saved the kingdom from possible conquest by Tippu Sultan and prevented atrocities on the people of Travancore including forcible religious conversion - which would have radically changed the subsequent history there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sankarnair2 (talk • contribs) 20:38, 21 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
