How do i find sources also the do I add it in refrences or externel links? Keatontarp (talk) 03:21, 14 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please read Help:Referencing for beginners and Help:Find sources, which should answer your concerns. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 05:41, 14 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I found source cite for series site do I type link it or copy? Keatontarp (talk) 19:21, 14 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You should use inline citations, which means you place the reference at the end of the statement that is being cited. If you are using the source editor, you can use the RefToolbar to help create a citation. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 20:45, 14 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I managed to find one but cite is in box what do I i do? Keatontarp (talk) 04:12, 15 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like you're attempting to format citations in BibTeX, which is not correct as Wikipedia has its own syntax for references. Also, your citations are still at the end of the article instead of inline. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 05:46, 15 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The easiest way to create a citation is to get RefToolbar to pop up as explained in WP:INTREF3 (click "cite" at the top of the edit window, then one of the options under "templates") and then fill out as much information as you can. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 05:54, 15 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Does the draft looks almost ready for review? Keatontarp (talk) 22:08, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I can't review your draft, but only one of the sources, the article in El País, seems to count towards the general notability guideline, when multiple sources are required (often at least 3). The other sources are databases, only contain trivial coverage of the series, or are not independent of Neptuno Films. You need to find additional sources with in-depth coverage about the series, such as news articles or reviews. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 22:56, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Understood. Keatontarp (talk) 22:51, 22 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I am still looking sources on the show but those are scarce because there's mainly articles on another show of the soap opera of the same and some sources *I can find are a blog in Spanish which won't counln't the original Wikipedia Spanish page of it didn't have much sources either only being two. As well. Keatontarp (talk) 02:52, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If you're unable to find enough sources, you might unfortunately have to give up on the draft and work on different articles. Not all TV shows can satisfy Wikipedia's notability guidelines.
Spanish Wikipedia has different rules from English Wikipedia, so what is acceptable there might not be acceptable on English Wikipedia. It's also quite possible that the version on Spanish Wikipedia violates their rules about notability. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 03:09, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I won't give up. Keatontarp (talk) 03:24, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
How do I cite ISBN things? Keatontarp (talk) 03:32, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Use Template:Cite book. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 04:34, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I did it. Keatontarp (talk) 18:16, 5 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I did do it just need a little assistant ISBN a little bit. Keatontarp (talk) 22:44, 29 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The ISBN numbers aren't a huge problem, but you still have a lot of general references in the "References" section that are formatted as inline citations. You can clean up these references by either moving them to reasonable places in the article or removing the <ref></ref> tags and changing them to a list of general references. Also, the reference that's in Polish has only been partially copied, and there is a reference under "External links" that doesn't belong there.
Note that you do have the right to publish the draft yourself without going through AfC review (see Wikipedia:Moving a page), but it might get tagged with maintenance templates or even nominated for deletion. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 01:01, 30 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
