Error

[edit]

I have got site errors, probably I used an other page as example. How i can get rid of these errors Simon Koppes (talk) 13:14, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Simon Koppes: you need to provide the sources that you used to write the article. You can see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners for help, or just list your sources here and I'll help get them in. -- Fyrael (talk) 13:22, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Fyrael,
I have the text from: tallshipnetwork.com and the data from tallship-fan.de and my own site simonsship.com. Simon Koppes (talk) 14:44, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Both tallshipnetwork.com and simonsship.com don't appear to work. Could you link to the exact pages you're referring to? Also, you really shouldn't be adding content to Wikipedia based on your own research and website. Please see WP:NOR about that. -- Fyrael (talk) 15:12, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
And it looks like you copied the entire body of the article straight from this page, which we also definitely should not do. You can read the guidelines for that at WP:COPYVIO. -- Fyrael (talk) 15:17, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

reference

[edit]

I was able to add a reference, however the word "References" in large letters won't apear Simon Koppes (talk) 15:34, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

We only need to create the References section once. Instead of putting your reference down near the bottom, you should put it directly after a piece of information that comes from the tallshipsnetwork source. -- Fyrael (talk) 16:15, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
