Is this article necessary?

At the moment there is an article Roman-Persian Wars, however, firstly, it does not fully describe all the conflicts of Byzantine empire with Sasanian empire, secondly, Byzantine, although a continuation of Rome, is still is not same with Roman Empire. In addition, I want to note that there were many conflicts between Byzantine empire and the Sasanians, so this cannot be ignored.
