This article appears to be created by the company itself, or an agent of the company.
Reads like a press release, or a brochure, touting the company's party-line, and hence not neutral.
Numerous complaints about this company, its services, and it poor customer relations, so article definitely not neutral.
At the very least there should be a controversy or complaints section, if not a complete rewrite/edit, to reflect the hundreds of complaints.

The situation
[edit]The article was started and largely maintained by BoonDeal, an internet marketing firm. They previously tried to censor the above post. After removing press releases, affiliated sources, etc, we're left with:
- local news pieces for Syracuse, NY: [1], [2],
- pieces from one site that only covers three counties in Florida: [3], [4] (the latter being more about another company)
- A two line blurb in the Wall Street Journal that's really about another company
- a laundry list that's just repeating a (possibly influenced) survey site website (which also appears to be the case for the first bizjournal.com piece)
I don't exactly feel this really amounts to "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Ian.thomson (talk) 20:22, 17 August 2018 (UTC)
