Article on this subject was originally created under his actual name Andrey Smagin—this was deleted per discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Andrey Smagin and eventually salted. Creation as “Andrew” appears to have been an attempt to get around the create-protection under the original title. Andrew Smagin had been to AfD previously, but Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Andrew Smagin was closed after the author requested a G7 speedy. There have also been other creations under disambiguation titles to circumvent the salting.
