"General" or not

A.J. Hansell is not included in List of American Civil War generals (Confederate). I asked at its Talk page and got helpful replies, in this thread. Bottom line: he was called General, but was not one; it has been stated he was part of the Confederate army, but was not. --Doncram (talk) 19:40, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
