Jade Amon, (born 2005) known professionally as xxanteria (stylized in all lowercase) is an American artist, songwriter and record producer. Amon is best known for the single "Funked Up" with Isq, which peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs.
Career
[edit]In 2022, Amon began uploading sigilkore songs to SoundCloud using the stage name "xxanteria".[1] The stage name is a play on Sublime's "Santeria".[2]
Amon's debut single, "Turn Back P3", was released by 25/7 Records in November 2022.[3]
On October 18, 2023, Amon released "Baixo". The song became Amon's first to chart when it debuted at number 42 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart in October 2023, reaching number 30.[4] "Funked Up" with isq released on January 19, 2024, and was Amon's second charting song, finally reaching number 15.[5] It has been streamed with over 171 million streams on Spotify in total as of August 17, 2024, the most streamed of Amon's songs.
