Wilder & Me is an upcoming drama by Stephen Frears which is an adaptation of the Jonathan Coe novel Mr Wilder & Me. It is set to star Christoph Waltz, Jon Hamm, John Turturro and Maya Hawke.

Production

Based on the Jonathan Coe novel Mr Wilder & Me, the script has been adapted for the screen by Christopher Hampton. Jeremy Thomas is producer for Recorded Picture Company. The film is set in part during the production of Billy Wilder’s film Fedora. In February 2024, Christoph Waltz, Jon Hamm, John Turturro and Maya Hawke were announced in the cast. Principal photography is scheduled for early 2025 in Greece.^[1]
