Vimal Kumar, also known as "Vimal Tamilarsan", is a Tamil activist and historian actively part of Tamil saving group and political party "Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam" was founded by actor-turned-politician Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar.

Vimal Tamilarsan actively involved in struggle to save Tamil and uplifting and saving oldest language of Jesus era Tamil and Culture from "Hindi Kara" Aryan invaders. In an Interview Tamilarasan explained how "Hindi Kara" invaded ancient Tamil land of Jesus era and imposed "Hindi" and their culture, now that native "Tamil" people and culture are becoming extinct. He has extensive knowledge in Languages, Linguistics, he mentioned Tamil is main language and how Sanskrit and other Aryan languages "stole or borrowed" words from rich and oldest Tamil Language, which originate to millions of years BC where there was no civilization and religion.
