Biography, dance relocation

Umario Diallo is an American artist, dancer, actor and songwriter. He was born on October 14 in Crimea [1] , former Ukrainian territory. Diallo began his career in ballroom dance. At the age of 15 he became a three times IDU World Champion, which landed him an opportunity to perform on Ukrainian National Television show 'Dance For You' in 2008. In 2012 he got accepted on a full scholarship to a Ballet School in Prague while also working on his psychology degree. In 2013 Umario quit both schools and moved to the United States. He auditioned to Cornish School Of The Arts https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cornish_College_of_the_Arts and got in, but ended up not signing up for any classes.

Acting/Dancing

In 2014 Umario was featured in a short dance film 'Roxanne' [2] with his commercial dance partner Natalya Z. The movie went viral collecting over 5 million views which for that time dance films have not had such recognition. The movie was played on French national television as well as other countries. The duo performed it over 50 times all over the United States. Last performance seen was in 2024 at the Club Jeté. In 2015 Diallo was featured in a short dance film 'Run Away'[3] with Natalya Z. The video had less commercial success but was doing good as a stand alone project. In 2016 he was invited to choreograph for the American TV Series "So You Think You Can Dance" Season 13 (Next Generation) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/So_You_Think_You_Can_Dance_(American_TV_series) In 2018 Umario became a finalist of The United States National Championship in Pro RS and placed third with his former dance partner Tessa M. Later in 2019 he was featured in the American TV series "World Of Dance" season 3 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_of_Dance_(TV_series) In 2020 Diallo was scheduled to appear at the "Strictly Come Dancing" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strictly_Come_Dancing But COVID-19 Pandemic https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COVID-19 didn't allow this to happen.

Glamonatrix Tour and Dita Von Teese

Umario's first big showbiz breakthrough was a solo number with the Queen Of Burlesque Dita Von Teese https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dita_Von_Teese on her Valentines Gala in 2022 Ash the Orpheum Theater https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orpheum_Theatre_(Los_Angeles) in Los Angeles, following her New Years special December 31st at the same location. Following with the World Tour 'Glamonatrix'. Performing at the historic venues like the Chicago Theater https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_Theatre and many others.



Music

In 2021 Umario released his first single 'Emotions', a non-label track, that he wrote, recorded and produced himself. The plan was to release more music, but the Russo-Ukrainian War https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russo-Ukrainian_War changed the plans as his family and friends were in both Russia and Ukraine.

In 2024 he released his second single 'Euphoria High' with a producer Ben Thut in Los Angeles, CA. As a first part of the Saga from his upcoming album.
