Career
[edit]Ujjwal Chaurasia was born in New Delhi, India on 12 January 2002. He is mainly involved in creating Hindi gaming videos and songs.
Ujjwal created his YouTube Channel on 13 August 2017. He began posting videos on YouTube from 30 October 2017. He began creating mobile-gaming videos.. He used to post videos from his brother's phone and was given a strict schedule to ensure that his time spent in gaming and studying was equal.[4]
One of his very first videos took off in views, which led to his brother Ankit Chaurasia encouraging him to post more. Before that, his brother did not know what did he exactly do but after this video of Ujjwal went viral, he also came to know that his brother has a YouTube Channel. His first video that went viral was a tutorial for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game, which garnered 250k views and boosted his channel. He then shifted to gaming tutorial videos, which performed well.[4]
He also made tutorial videos for downloading PC games on Mobile until 2018.
He reached 100k subscribers on his channel on January 6, 2019. Additionally, he created his second channel named 'Ujjwal' on January 20, 2018 for posting PUBG videos and occasionally streamed but now, he mainly streams on that channel and uploads all games videos.
He grew to fame when he started his GTA V and Minecraft series on his YouTube Channel in 2020 during COVID-19 pandemic. He then crossed 10 Million subscribers in early 2021 and created his first rap-song 'Game On' for surprising and thanking his audience that helped him to reach this milestone.
In October 2020, he launched his own Minecraft public server "TG Network" for Minecraft Java and Bedrock Players which became one of the best Minecraft server for public in India.[5]
In April 2021, he launched a Minecraft private SMP named as "Herobrine SMP" in which, some very famous YouTube content creators - Techno Gamerz (Ujjwal Chaurasia), YesSmartyPie (Hitesh Khangta), Total Gaming (Ajjubhai), GamerFleet (Anshu Bisht), I.M. Bixu (Shivam), AndreoBee (Naveen Yadav), Khatarnak Ishan (Ishan Khedkar), Chapati Hindustani Gamer (Pammi) and The RawKnee Games (Rony Dasgupta) started playing but this idea later became a failure and flop due to busyness of all the content creators on creating their own gaming content for their respective audiences.
Herobrine SMP was India's most famous Minecraft server (SMP) and one of the most famous Minecraft server (SMP) in the world.
He, later, crossed 20 Million subscribers on 30 August 2021. He was creating a 20 Million Minecraft Surprise for his fans, supporters and subscribers which he released to his audience after 2 years after a big controversy. On 12 January 2023, he published a video on his main channel titled "THE DARK TRUTH OF 20 MILLION SURPRISE" in which he told the problems and reasons for not releasing his Minecraft 20 Million Surprise. Later, on a regular Minecraft gameplay video which was made public by him on 18 June 2023, he finally showed everyone his 20 Million surprise which was nothing but an inverted replica of his Minecraft overworld in Minecraft's nether world.
He created a YouTube Shorts channel after a huge demand of his audience in 2021.
He crossed 30 million subscribers in December 2022 and his present subscribers count is 35.4 Million subscribers on his main channel as of September 2023.
On 14 January 2023, he created his new YouTube Channel Techno on which he creates Tech related videos.
